Spring Into The Arb!

 Plastic is plastic, right? Unfortunately, no.
Did you know that only 9% of all plastic produced is recycled? Every day the equivalent of 2,000 garbage trucks full of plastic are dumped into the world's oceans, rivers, and lakes.
Recycling Plastic
Recycling plastic is more complicated than you might think and it can't all go in your home recycle curbside bin. For example, plastic bags get snagged in the recycle machinery belts and have to be cleared by hand.
But there are alternatives!
Many grocery stores have drop-off bins to recycle plastic. Read here to learn what is acceptable in the drop-off bins. |

How Do I . . . Place a Classified Ad?
Click on 'Classifieds' on the left. The online form will ask you to describe the item for sale, enter a price, and include photos, if you wish. It's easy! If you have trouble, contact our website administrator (see How Do I, below).
How Do I . . . Contact the KyFields Board or Website Administrator?
Click on 'Contact Us' on the left. We will get your message and the appropriate person will then contact you. It's a promise!
How Do I . . . Create Log-in?
KyFields owners and residents must first register and then create a login (private username and password) in order to have access to all sections of our website.
Click on the word 'Register' in the upper-right corner of the website and you will be taken to a screen where you will be asked whether you are a KyFields owner or renter. You will then be taken to a second screen to enter your first and last name, email address, street address, and lastly to copy a set of letters/numbers that you see on the screen. This is a security feature that keeps automated spammers from accessing our information. After you have completed these steps and information you have given is verified, you will receive an email with instructions on how to create your login.
