About Us
KyFields is located on 40 acres of rolling hills within walking distance of Weaverville, a small town just north of Asheville, in the northern portion of Buncombe County, North Carolina. There are a total of 130 homes in KyFields. This community is unique in its landscaping which includes a pond, circular walking path, and grassy open areas. Beautiful mountain views are seen from many of the homes.
The residences of the KyFields Town Homes Association (HOA) are town homes, not condominiums. The community, through an elected board of directors, is governed by a set of by-laws and covenants which outline the regulations regarding architectural or landscape changes. Any such changes must be pre-approved by the appropriate committee. The HOA is responsible for the maintenance of the common green areas and roads. Roof replacement and re-staining of the exterior of homes is provided by the HOA on a cyclical schedule.
As of January 2026, the monthly HOA fee is $310.
